Energy Gate seeks the best-in-class suppliers from around the world to supply materials and services for our projects.
We value the diversity of our suppliers and their contribution to a rich supply chain.
Companies supplying goods and services to Energy Gate are required to be registered and pre-qualified with us.
Our qualification process assesses suppliers’ capabilities to support Energy Gate projects and ensures they meet the following required criteria:

Our multi-disciplinary vendor management team and product/service category managers are dedicated to working alongside suppliers to provide a responsive and positive experience during the onboarding process.
Getting Registered with Energy Gate
Suppliers must register and pre-qualify with Energy Gate to be considered for future opportunities.
If you are a supplier to the Oil & Gas industry having the relevant experience, you can access the supplier registration and pre-qualification platform for Energy Gate here: Supplier Registration and Pre-qualification.
Please register by following our Supplier Registration Guidelines.
Once you’ve created your login details, you will be able to regularly manage your profile and company details on our new portal.
Therefore, your company credentials shall be kept confidential and made only available to authorised persons.
It is recommended that a senior staff member of your organisation fills out this registration form to avoid any delay in the approval process.
While filling out the registration form, please:

Upload all the requested documents;

Provide accurate and substantiated information;

Select all products and services for which your company is willing to quote*
* Please make sure to diligently select the products and services to avoid errors, delays or rejection of your profile. Avoid the selection of other unrelated categories unless it is actually part of your product portfolio. All selected product and services should be substantiated with appropriate product catalogue.
Once your profile is submitted, it will undergo a review and approval process by the Energy Gate and you will be notified by email once your company profile is approved as a potential supplier. If required, you will be invited through the portal to complete Energy Gate pre-qualification assessment before being identified as an operational supplier.

Please note that the information which you provide to Energy Gate during the registration process will be used only by Energy Gate for the purposes set forth herein, and will not be disclosed to any outside party. Provision of this information and our acceptance of your profile does not guarantee that we will provide you with an opportunity to bid, nor your eventual selection as a qualified/approved supplier.
Energy Gate supply chain department will carefully consider the data provided herein while evaluating our procurement requirements and will contact you for further information, if required. However, we reserve the right to make all procurement decisions at our sole discretion.
